Broadway Concierge & Ticket Center

This service, launched by The Broadway League, allows you to buy same-day, advance, or premium tickets in person or online.  While you could go directly to the box office of a Broadway play or musical, Broadway Concierge & Ticket Center offers so much more.  Here, you can get tickets to most Broadway and many Off-Broadway shows all under one roof, as well as a full concierge service.

What this means is that the staff offers Broadway information in six languages; show recommendations; ticket purchases; restaurant, attraction, and hotel reservations, car services, parking information, and free neighborhood maps, as well as special events and giveaways.  Guests can also sign up for Audience Rewards, Broadway’s official loyalty program.
