I am deaf and hard of hearing person requesting assistance at the boarding gate. I was denied, laughed at and left unattended while the boarding agent took all my belongings, personal bag and carry-on weighing the allowed limits and hold my passport for unwarranted reasons returning it only after I asked the stewardess to bring it to me,I was already aboard the plane. I was asked to pay extra exorbitant luggage fees and when I turned down, the boarding agent confiscated and threw my bag away from me and under her desk resulting to its lost.
