How to Legally Travel to Cuba in 2012

Cuban FlagWhile independent travel to Cuba is still not legal for Americans, the Grand Circle Foundation is licensed by the Office of Foreign Assets Control to offer “Cuba: A Bridge Between Cultures,” a 12-day People-to-People program designed to foster meaningful cultural exchange between Americans and Cubans.
